Do you charge a fee?

We charge a base rate of $100 per day of planning prior to beginning the planning process for a full itinerary, with a minimum of $500. Fees can vary depending on specific needs, number of travelers, and the level of planning required.

This flat rate fee keeps our pricing transparent and allows you, the client, to control your budget. It also guarantees you get each of our itinerary planning services, which include: a custom itinerary, access to our digital app, competitive travel insurance options, airfare reservations, accommodations, restaurant reservations, excursion bookings, transfer services and VIP upgrades (when available). In addition to booking each part of your journey, we make sure you have all of the resources needed to feel confident navigating your travels. Our free, digital travel app provides logistical coordination, packing reminders, support understanding travel requirements and finally on call support.

Is the planning fee refundable?

The planning fee is nonrefundable but may be transferred to new dates of the same destination one time and within 15 months of the original departure date.

What if we can’t travel due to unforeseen circumstances?

We offer optional travel insurance options to help negate these situations. In addition to traveler’s insurance, we do our best to work with vendors, suppliers, and partners to come up with a resolution that works for all parties.

How is the Hotel Booking Benefit different from a full itinerary?

The Hotel Booking Benefit is best used to take advantage of the VIP benefits with our preferred partners. Because you know the hotel you are staying at, we do not charge a fee as long as no other services are required.

Do I have to have a minimum budget to work with you?

While we do not require a minimum to work with us, our expertise is in luxury travel. We recognize that by focusing on luxury travel, we are better able to serve and meet the expectations of our clients. We recommend a starting budget of $1,500.00 per day for two travelers sharing a room. Included in this budget are accommodations, airfare, transfers, and activities. This budget can fluctuate depending on duration of trip, time of year, location, number of passengers, and other factors.

Are you available while I travel?

We are available for emergencies while you travel. We have found that 95% of concerns or issues can be resolved the quickest on the spot with the vendor/supplier. We provide you with all contact information prior to departure so that during your trip you can make empowered decisions.

What are the preferred partner benefits?

The preferred partner benefits are at the discretion of each individual hotel. They typically are some rendition of the following: complimentary breakfast for two, complimentary wifi, room upgrade based on availability, early check in / late check out based on availability, and $100 hotel credit. We have seen benefits equate to up to $400 or more per night in value.

Do you work with airline and credit card points?

Yes and No. When booking flights we can apply your loyalty numbers to the reservation so that you can receive miles. We do not book flights or accomodations with your earned points or miles. We will allow you to book your own flights if you have points or miles to use. We require accommodations to be booked without points and through us.
